Driver’s license office is the first Wednesday of each month from 8:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, 106 N Third St.

Regular council meetings are held the second and fourth Monday of each month at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers, 106 N. Third Street. They are broadcast on the City’s Local Access – Channel 40.

Cole Park pavilion may be reserved by contacting the City Clerk’s office at 563-872-4456. Rental fee is $10.00. Reservations will only be made for the current year – reservations for the following year can be
made after January 1st of the new year.

Utility bills may be automatically debited from your savings or checking account by filling out a form at the City Clerk’s office. The bill will be taken out of your account on the due date each month.

An application for construction must be filed at the City Clerk’s office and approved by our Zoning Permit Officer. Application forms may be picked up at the City Clerk’s office or downloaded using the
