THE CITY OF BELLEVUE OFFERS MULTIPLE WAYS TO PAY UTILITY INVOICES & OTHER PAYMENTS OWED TO THE CITY
Log in at https://ebill.bellevueia.gov/ebill/login to view your bill and also pay your bill on-line. To create an on-line account you will need the invoice number and amount due from your current invoice.
These payments are pulled from accounts only twice a week. Due to bank protocols, we send files over two days in advance, by 12:00 p.m. (time subject to change given circumstances). Payments are sent to the bank on Tuesdays to be processed on Thursdays, and then again on Fridays to be processed on Mondays. This will always be the case unless a holiday interrupts that schedule, then that day will be skipped or modified. If you have questions concerning this, please call 872-4456 and ask for Emily.
CREDIT & DEBIT CARDS are accepted! Pay your utility bill (or other payments owed to the City) online, by phone, or at City Hall. Please note that processing fees do apply. Please be sure to read the Terms & Conditions.
