Rental of the Community Center allows you access to main hall, kitchenette, two restrooms, utility room, City of Bellevue fiber internet & cable television. Please contact City Hall at (563) 872-4456 to check the availability of the Community Center or you can check the calender to see if it is reserved.
To rent, an application will need to be filled out and returned to City Hall along with two seperate checks; One for the rental of the Community Center, $125.00, and one for the deposit, $100.00.
Once you return the application to City Hall along with the payments, a key will be given to you along with the rules and room format sheets.
